ProData Consult is one of the largest independent consultancy firms in Scandinavia. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen, with branches/subsidiaries in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, as well as in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.

 

In addition to my operational IT recruitment activities, I was also responsible for managing the Dutch operation, contract negotiation, (new) business development, (internal) recruitment, human resource management, tax compliance, employment law, company formation, P&L responsibility and credit control.

 

In addition, I was responsible for Business Transformation projects and positioning organizations for acquisition.
