Recruitment of mainly Sales candidates with a focus on the sale of SolidWorks 3dCad Software & Solutions in the Netherlands and Belgium. And optimization of the recruitment process.
In addition to my recruiting activities, I have successfully introduced and implemented a Performance Management business model, including related HR programs including recruiting, onboarding, employee development and outflow related to a sales driven organization.
